Unfortunately, spammers have discovered how to directly access the guestbook program on the server to place advertising messages directly on the page, even after we disabled the ability to leave messages. It's sad that these hijackers see this as a way to spread unwelcome advertisements, but we don't want to allow them to use our site for their benefit. Since we cannpt block them short of disabling the guestbook, we've reluctantly done that for now.
